Pickleball for a Purpose - Meals that Connect, is a fundraiser for an organization that provides in home services for Seniors throughout San Luis Obispo County. Come join the fun and support a worthy cause with your entry. 100% of entries goes to Meals that Connect. Plus, every player will receive a tournament shirt!

We will be having a great time on the courts, while helping those in need. Pickleball for a Purpose will be a Round Robin event, followed by a Single Elimination bracket, with the top 6 finishers in each group advancing. All matches up to the Gold Medal match will be games to 15, with the Gold Medal Match being a 2 out of 3 to 11.

Registration is completed by skill level. Brackets will be broken down by age, with a minimum of 4 teams per age bracket. Age groups with less than 4 teams/players will be combined to create viable brackets at the discretion of the Tournament Director.

Meals That Connect serves free nutritious noontime meals every weekday to 1,800 seniors throughout San Luis Obispo County. Seniors gather together at dining rooms in their community to eat together, share stories and build friendships. For those who are unable to leave their homes, volunteers drivers deliver meals to their home, using those visits as opportunities to check in on the safety of the seniors.
