**Start times have officially been posted, please show up at least 15 minutes before your event starts. Some pools have been merged based off registration, and some players have been moved to different divisions that better reflect their DUPR score, so please double check which event you are in. Events with 8 or more teams will be split into pools, and the split will be according to age. That way teams will play other teams around their age in pool play, then will meet the other pool in the playoffs. If you have any questions feel free to message us anytime!**

The Pickleball People tour will be in Punta Gorda this March!

All games will be held at PicklePlex on March 15th and 16th.

All Pickleball People Tournament/Cup events are round-robin tournaments (non-sanctioned), with medals and prizes for every event. A minimum of five games is guaranteed for all participants. Teams in the playoffs may play 6 or 7 games but the minimum is five.

Medal winners from every division will receive free entry to a tournament of their choice from our 2025 Pickleball People tour! We will be going all over the country and will host tournaments in Bradenton this April and Orlando in October as well.

Match results will be reported to DUPR. Come out for competitive pickleball and a great time!

We will use a round-robin format, with top teams advancing to the playoffs and medals awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places. Scoring in the round robin will be games to 11, win by 2. Games in the playoff format will be played to 15, win by 2.

Registration Fee: $75 (includes parking fee charged by the university)

Each event: $15

The mixed doubles will be Sunday morning and the singles events will be Sunday afternoon.

We will have a food truck on site for Saturday and Sunday.

Withdrawals must be made before March 5th to receive a full refund, minus the non-refundable $5-10 Pickleball Brackets fee.

This is an outdoor event. We will do everything we can to play the matches if weather is a factor. Like most outdoor tournaments, we can't offer refunds if weather is an issue.

However, if we do cancel due to weather, all participants will be able to sign up for one of our other events on the tour free of charge, including the tournament we will be hosting in Bradenton.
