Pickleball 603’s - “Octoberfest” -- featuring 6 indoor and 6 outdoor dedicated Pickleball courts will be hosting our Octoberfest tournament!

1. The first tournament in our area offering the unique challenge of playing on indoor & outdoor courts (both outdoor surface/climate controlled indoor courts).

2. In addition to quality die-cast medals, there will be valuable prize packages (TBA) for top three finishers in each division.

3. Quality run tournament organized by John Pelaez of Pelaez Pickleball, who we think is the best in the business! Expect attention to detail, accurate start times and a memorable experience!

4. Our Restaurant, THE KITCHEN will be open for quality food and drinks! (alcohol consumption is only allowed once your tournament games are completed).

4. Tournament location less than an hour from Boston and less than 90 minutes from the Lakes Region of NH.

5. Accommodations within a 30 minute drive in Salem & Manchester NH.

Registration Closes Monday, October 7th at 5:00 p.m.

There will be a 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, and 4.5 and over division.

3.0 open age

3.5 under 50 / over 50 (an over 50 player can play down in age)

4.0 under 50 / over 50 (an over 50 player can play down in age)

4.5 open age

DIVISIONS WILL BE MERGED by September 30th 2024 if we do not get enough signups for the division.

$25.00 each additional event.

Register based on skill level.

Tournament Format:

*Events with 8+ Teams: Teams will be divided into two or more seeded pools and the top teams in each pool will advance to a playoff round to determine medal winners.

*Events with 7 Teams or Less: Round Robin for events with a small number of teams and the top teams in each pool will advance to a playoff round to determine medal winners.

*Skill Level: Players with a USAPA UTPR rating must use that rating. Players with neither rating may self-rate within reason. The tournament reserves the right to move players and teams between skill level brackets/events.

*Registering Together As A Team (TIP) : For a guaranteed spot in mixed doubles or doubles, the second partner must sign up within 3 days of the first partner's registration. Incomplete teams will be moved to the waiting list after that. Once the second partner registers, they will be moved back into the event

IF THERE ARE SPOTS LEFT IN THE TOURNAMENT AND THE EVENT.

Safe Tournament Environment:

*Spectators must sit in designated viewing areas.

*Players and spectators will only be permitted in the facility during their event.

6 Indoor / 6 Outdoor

Acrytech CX Court System (Same as the PPA Pro Championship Courts)

*Refunds minus a $15 processing fee for withdrawals from the tournament up through September 22nd, 2024.

*NO refunds after September 23rd for ANY reason.

*Replacement Players/Subbing* Entry fees may be transferred to a replacement player/sub of similar skill level at any time up through the morning of the event.

For Example: A player won’t be able to attend the tournament but has a replacement/sub. Can the replacement/sub take my spot? Yes, only if the player is of similar level, then he can take your spot for tournament play; payment would need to be worked out amongst yourselves.

*Refunds will be processed after the tournament is over and can take several weeks to process.

Please note, we will be using 6 outdoor courts during the month of October. In the circumstance where we have troubling weather we will try and accommodate all events indoors so scheduling and start times are subject to change hours prior to the event start time. Please keep an eye on your email for communication from the tournament director!
