Weekend Schedule

Friday-

DUE TO HIGH RAIN FORECAST MOST OF DAY FRIDAY

All Friday's singles are MOVED to SUNDAY AT 1:00pm. All singles divisions will be played Sunday afternoon at 1:00 ( after mixed doubles concludes)

Weather permitting -Practice courts will be available on Friday on a first come basis from 4pm-8pm . Please make an effort to share courts if necessary to ensure everyone gets a chance.

Saturday-

All Women's Doubles Matches will start at 9am ( All Women's Dubs Divisions)

Courts are available for warm up sat morning anytime prior to start time.

ALL Men's Doubles Matches will start at 1:00pm ( All men's Dubs Divisions)

Sunday-

ALL Mixed Doubles All Divisions -Matches will start at 9am

Courts are available for warm up Sunday morning anytime prior to start time.

Also practice courts will be available Saturday evening /late afternoon after Saturday matches conclude

Each division will play a round robin format. all matches will be one game to 15 win by 2. ( switch side when one team reaches 8 points.

Divisions with 9 teams or fewer will play a round robin against each of the other teams. Medals determined by RR results.

Divisions with 10 teams or more will be divided into 2 pools with the top 2 teams in each pool advancing to the medal rounds. ( medal rounds will be one game to 15 win by 2.)

Men's and Women's singles all divisions will be played FRIDAY at 3:00pm

Women's doubles all divisions will be played SATURDAY-9:00am

Men's doubles all divisions will be played SATURDAY -1:00pm

Mixed doubles all divisions will be played SUNDAY-9:00am

Parking- Lots of parking is available close to the courts. Those arriving Friday prior to 4:00 pm must stop at the UWF Visitors Center to obtain a free parking pass. This is not required on Saturday or Sunday.

Pop up tents are allowed and portable chairs are encouraged.

Spectators will be allowed to set up chairs inside the fences on the courts ( green area only) No tents can be set up on the courts- but are allowed in the areas out side of the fence around the courts.

Cancellations made BEFORE the entry deadline will receive a full refund. Players who withdraw after the entry deadline will NOT receive a refund.
