COST

Early Registration $55 + Free Tourney Shirt

Registration: $65 + Free Tourney Shirt

Late Registration: $75 (no shirt for you, don't be late)

Payment is only through 'Stripe' within the Pickleball Brackets system. It accepts both credit and debit cards.

REGISTRATION

- Registration opens on May 16, 2023, @ 9 a.m. and closes on July 19, 2023, @ 1 a.m.

- All Registration is through Pickleball Brackets where you must have established a profile.

- In doubles events, at least one of the partners must be at the correct skill level. The 2nd partner may be no more than one skill level (0.5) lower.

- A pair's status in the tournament is not verified until the 2nd partner registers. Failure of the 2nd partner to register within two (2) days of the 1st player registering may jeopardize the status of the pair.

- You may change partners any time prior to the registration cutoff. However, doing so may put your registration into the wait list.

- Changes may be allowed after registration is cut off, but you can only choose a new partner from those not currently partnered. The Tournament Director must be informed and has the right to veto a new partnership.

DISCRETION

The tournament director reserves the right to:

- Review, and possibly alter the rating of players who self-rate below or above their actual rating.

- Move players and teams between skill level brackets if on verification the wrong event has been entered.

- Merge or split brackets based on event registration.

- Change start times

EQUIPMENT

- Paddles must be USAPA approved paddles

- Ball: The tournament ball is DuraFast 40

- Clothing: Dress for heat, but be appropriate - tops n bottoms pls.

OFFICIATING

No officials for this tourney. Be fair, be honest & show sportsmanship. Thank you!

FOOD and FUN

- Food truck will be on site. (something healthy - I don't think ya want heavy stuff, not enough bathrooms for that.)

- Bring food, tons of water, snacks, whatever you want - just pls throw your trash away.

- Spectators are welcome. Bring a chair or something to lean on just in case. Not really many places to sit.

- It will be hot, so please come prepared

FRIDAY EVENING SOCIAL

- Enjoy a lil get-together with us Friday 7/21 @ Sonny's Patio Bar & Refugee. Just a fun time to hang, grab some drinks n' laughs.

BATHROOMS

- Washrooms are located inside the sportsplex facility.

SPECTATORS

- Spectators are welcome but there is limited seating.

- Please bring assisted seating if you feel the need to rest your bones.

- Again, it'll be hot, so come prepared to defend again the hit.

Players who withdraw prior to the registration closure date of April July 1 will receive a full refund of your registration cost, however, the fees are non-refundable, so your refund will be $10 less than full cost of your registration. No refund will be provided for cancellations after July 1.
