The PCYC Bateau Bay Tournament is open to any member of of Pickleball Australia (members of Pickleball NSW are automatically members of Pickleball Australia). The event will be held from Friday 21st to Sunday 23rd March 2025.

The schedule of events will be:

Friday 21st March: Singles afternoon starting from 4pm

Saturday 22nd March: Women's Doubles & Men's Doubles

Sunday 23rd March: Mixed Doubles

This is a Pickleball Australia SANCTIONED tournament.

Registration is $60 which includes entry into one event.

Each additional event costs $10.

Players can enter a maximum of 3 events - one per day.

Global Federation Pickleball rules will be used. These can be found here:

Participants are required to be a financial Pickleball Australia Member. In order to become a Member please visit: https://www.pickleballnsw.org/membership-registration.

Events will be played on 6 indoor pickleball courts.

Games will be to 15 points by 2 in round robin events with up to 5 teams, and up to 11 points by in round robin events with 6 or more teams.

All players will be guaranteed a minimum of 3 games per event.

Referees will control all medal matches plus other games when possible.

Full refunds will be provided to players who withdraw for any reason - no questions asked – before close of registration (3rd March 2025) - excluding transaction and service fees.

Once draws and event times are published, NO refund will be given, except when a medical certificate can be provided.
