Welcome to the inaugural Owl's Nest Pickleball Palooza!

Owl's Nest Pickleball Resort, named the #2 Pickleball Resort in the World by Tennis Resorts Online! -- features 13 dedicated Pickleball courts!

This tournament will feature 3 brackets for Men's , Women's and Mixed Doubles with a 3.0-3.49, 3.5-3.99, and 4.0+ divisions in each bracket.

$75.00 Registration Fee for first event and $25.00 additional fee if a player decides to sign-up for mixed doubles division as well.

Register based on skill level. The $75 registration fee includes a $20 Owl's Nest Gift Card good to use at the Racquet's Pro-Shop for some cool swag!

Prizes will be awarded to top teams in each Bracket!

Tournament Format:

Each Bracket and Division will consist of 8 teams !

Winners move forward in the draw , losers of first round get placed in a consolation draw. (Losers of 2nd round in the main or consolation draw are considered done for the event, as they already played the guaranteed 2 matches for the event)

Each team registered is guaranteed 2 matches during the event they registered for! (Please note this will not be a classic double elimination tournament, but rather just guarantee 2 matches minimum due to the timeline the tournament must follow)

*Skill Level: (Ratings will be verified by the club at point of registration). Players with a DUPR rating must use that rating. Players with a USAPA UTPR rating but no DUPR rating must use that rating. Players with neither rating may self-rate within reason. The tournament director reserves the right to move players and teams between skill level brackets/events.

*Registering Together As A Team : For a guaranteed spot in mixed doubles or doubles, the second partner must sign up within 5 days of the first partner's registration. Incomplete teams will be moved to the waiting list after that. Once the second partner registers, they will be moved back into the event IF THERE ARE SPOTS LEFT IN THE TOURNAMENT AND THE EVENT.

*Each player can only sign up for a maximum of two events. PLEASE SEE SCHEDULE OF EVENTS BEFORE REGISTERING FOR THE SECOND EVENT! DON'T SIGN UP FOR TWO EVENTS THAT PLAY DURING THE SAME TIME FRAME!

2.50 - 3.49 - Men’s Doubles – 8 Teams

3.50 - 3.99 - Women’s Doubles – 8 Teams

11:30AM – 2:00PM

3.5 - 3.99 - Men’s Doubles – 8 Teams

4.0+ - Men’s Doubles – 8 Teams

4.0+ - Women's Doubles – 8 Teams

2:00PM – 4:30PM

2.50 - 3.49 - Mixed Doubles – 8 Teams

3.5 - 3.99 - Mixed Doubles – 8 Teams

4.0+ - Mixed Doubles – 8 Teams

*Refunds minus a $15 processing fee for withdrawals from the tournament up through June 9th, 2024.

*NO refunds after June 10th, 2024 - for ANY reason.

*Replacement Players/Subbing* Entry fees may be transferred to a replacement player/sub of similar skill level at any time up through June 12th, 2024 at 12:00PM

For Example: A player won’t be able to attend the tournament but has a replacement/sub. Can the replacement/sub take my spot? Yes, only if the player is of similar level, then he can take your spot for tournament play; payment would need to be worked out amongst yourselves.

*Refunds will be processed after the tournament is over and can take several weeks to process.

*If the tournament is cancelled due to weather delays, players assume the risk of signing up at an outdoor venue and no refunds will be issued.
