This is a fun, morning round robin Mixed Doubles tournament (non-elimination) by age and skill level. All matches will begin at 9:00am. Check-in desk opens at 8:00AM. The tournament will last approximately 3 hours. Medals will be awarded for 1st place, 2nd place, and 3rd place in each bracket. There will be light snacks and bottled water provided, while supplies last.

Each player must register! Registration fees are per player, not per team!

If a teammate does not register within five days, then the first player will be placed on a waiting list automatically. Emails will go out to both players when this happens.

Once the second teammate registers they will be moved off the waiting list ONLY if there is still room in the event.

Prize medals are awarded in each bracket as determined by the International Federation of Pickleball (IFP) Rulebook Standard:

*Total matches won

1st 12.C.3.a. Head-to-head matches won

2nd 12.C.3.b. Point differential of all games played

(e.g., Team A won Match 1 11-8, 11-4, so they would have a point differential of +10.

Team A then wins the second match 11-9, 2-11, 11-6.

For this round, they would have a point 50 differential of -2.

This would give them a total for the day of +8.)

3rd 12.C.3.c. Head-to-head point differential

4th 12.C.3.d.Point differential against next-highest team. (e.g., If the teams are tied for second, use point differentials against the first-place team.)

Match scores will NOT automatically be reported to DUPR.

Here is an excerpt of the current status of Pickleball Brackets and DUPR’s relationship as stated by Pickleball Brackets — "Currently, there is no existing agreement between DUPR and pickleballbrackets.com regarding the sharing of results. We are actively engaged in the process of integrating our systems, and this process will be finalized once both the technical and administrative agreements are in place. You can tell players that until a deal is reached, players are encouraged to send their personal tournament results to DUPR.”

CANCELLATION

This is an outdoor event with no make-up dates. In the event of inclement weather that requires the cancellation of any events, a refund is not available.

REFUND POLICY

Players can withdraw from this tournament through Saturday, April 6, 2024 and receive a refund.

No refunds will be issued for any reason after April 6, 2024 at 5pm.

To receive a refund, you must send your request via email to tournaments@oncourtadventures.com.

*Note: The $5 service fee charged by Pickleball Brackets is non-refundable.
