This is a fun, morning round robin Men’s Doubles tournament (non-elimination) by age and skill level. All matches will begin at 7am. Check-in desk opens at the 6:30am. The tournament will last approximately 3 hours. Medals will be awarded for 1st place, 2nd place, and 3rd place in each bracket. There will be light snacks and bottled water provided, while supplies last.

Each player must register! Registration fees are per player, not per team!

If a teammate does not register within five days, then the first player will be placed on a waiting list automatically. Emails will go out to both players when this happens.

Once the second teammate registers they will be moved off the waiting list ONLY if there is still room in the event.

Prize medals are awarded in each bracket as determined by the International Federation of Pickleball (IFP) Rulebook Standard:

*Total matches won

1st 12.C.3.a. Head-to-head matches won

2nd 12.C.3.b. Point differential of all games played

(e.g., Team A won Match 1 11-8, 11-4, so they would have a point differential of +10.

Team A then wins the second match 11-9, 2-11, 11-6.

For this round, they would have a point 50 differential of -2.

This would give them a total for the day of +8.)

3rd 12.C.3.c. Head-to-head point differential

4th 12.C.3.d.Point differential against next-highest team. (e.g., If the teams are tied for second, use point differentials against the first-place team.)

At this point, only matches completed from today going forward will be sent to DUPR automatically for ratings processing. You always have the ability to manually enter prior matches through the DUPR website and process. For more information click here.

CANCELLATION

This is an outdoor event with no make-up dates. In the event of inclement weather that requires the cancellation of any events, a refund is not available.

REFUND POLICY

Players can withdraw from this tournament through Saturday, Sept 7, 2024 and receive a refund.

No refunds will be issued for any reason after Sept 7, 2024 at 5pm.

To receive a refund, you must send your request via email to tournaments@oncourtadventures.com.
