Tournament Description
We are proud to host the Nuevo Pickleball Club Charity Tournament. This tournament is for all ages.
We are located in Nuevo Vallarta, Nayarit Mexico at the beautiful new courts hosted by Pik N Pad Sports Club.
Registration Closes: March 2nd, 2025 -
Tournament Dates: March 9th, 8:00am - 6:00pm
The tournament includes doubles events for men, women and mixed, in brackets of 4.0+, 3.5, 3.0-.
The tournament director reserves the right to review, and possibly alter the rating of players who self-rate below or above their actual rating. The tournament director reserves the right to merge or split brackets based on event registration.
In the mixed doubles event, at least one of the partners must be at the correct skill level. (based on the player's rating on the day of registration)
FORMAT
1. 6 Team Round Robin format. Each team plays 5 games. Teams ranked 1-2 after round robin advance directly to the gold medal game, 3-4 advance to the bronze medal game, 5-6 play a consolation game. All players guaranteed 6 games.
Round Robin Games 1-11 win by 1 or 15 minutes max, whichever comes first.
Playoffs 1-11 win by 2
2. The first 6 teams to complete registration will be entered into the event. In some cases, the event may be expanded when other categories are folded. Your fully registered team must be listed on the waitlist to be considered.
3. Events with fewer than 3 teams will not run. In some cases, the Tournament Director may combine events (with another age/skill event) to form a merged event.
Note: 2.5 players can play in 3.0 events.
4.Bracket start times will be posted closer to the date.
5.There are no referees, all matches are self officiated.

A local nonprofit group in the BAY OF BANDERAS supporting women in distress from family abuse and spouse abuse in various ways including but not limited to clothing, shelter, emotional support and education. tournament organizers are seeking support from the business community & individuals to help raise funds for this important cause. We are asking for cash donations, or product, or services, or gift certificate donations that will be auctioned off during the day of the event.

No refunds after registration date closes on March 2nd.
