Welcome to the NJ Fall Frenzy!

This is PickleRight's first tournament in New Jersey and it's going to be fantastic. A portion of this event's proceeds will be donated to Miriam's Heart, a non-profit that supports children and families involved in foster care and adoption in New Jersey.

Another incredible reason to join us for this tournament!

Fun fact: Miriam's Heart played a significant role in one of the event organizer's families becoming foster parents and eventually adopting their oldest son, Christopher!

COST

The cost you see is per player. Both players must register individually.

EQUIPMENT

All events will play with the Franklin X-40 with the exception of the open bracket which will play the Dura Fast 40.

FORMAT

Brackets will be either round robin or double elimination (see event title). If double elimination, winner’s bracket matches play best of three games to 11 points, win by 2. Consolation bracket matches play one game to 15 points, win by 2.

One timeout may be taken per team per game. The duration of the timeout is one minute.

Brackets may be combined, separated, or altered at the tournament director’s discretion.

There will be one referee present, but players should expect their matches to be self-officiated.

AWARDS

Medals will be awarded to the top three teams in each bracket.

RULES AND SANCTIONED DESIGNATION

To the best of our ability, this tournament adheres to USAPA rules unless otherwise specified. This is a non-sanctioned event.

All requests for refunds made before 10/9/23 at 10:00 PM will be given a full refund of the entry fees minus a $7 (per event) processing fee with a maximum processing fee of $14. This same policy applies if an event is cancelled due to weather or not enough participants.

The open division is the only events with a cash prize. Assuming a bracket has 16 teams, the payout per team will be the following:

Doubles:

First place: $250

Second place: $150

Third place: $100

If less than 16 teams, payout will be reduced proportionally.
