This is an indoor tournament with 12 courts at Mystic Indoor Sports!

The tournament day play will begin at 9:00am each day.

Fun Round Robin format with playoffs. Brackets/Events will be round robin with pool play for events with 6 or more teams, and single elimination brackets.

All players will receive one beer or wine voucher (21+) or one soft drink( under21) for use in the beautiful Silver Oak Bar and Clubhouse. This must be redeemed by end of tournament 11/6/2022

Saturday 11/5 -(54 and under categories) Men's, Women's, and Mixed doubles

Sunday 11/6 - (55 and over categories) Men's, Women's, and Mixed Doubles

The tournament format is round robin for all events with a limited number of teams. Events with a large number of teams may be split into two round robin pools followed by a playoff for the top teams in each pool. Senior players are welcome to play with a younger partner on Saturday in either Mixed Doubles or Doubles in addition to the Senior events on Sunday.

Registration is by skill level. Skill levels with a large number of teams or players will be split into playing brackets. Playing brackets will be configured based on the number of registrations.

Teams MUST play in the age group of the younger partner. For doubles and mixed doubles, you MUST sign up at the skill level of the higher rated partner. Players may play up in skill level ONLY with a higher rated partner.

Players with a PickleballBrackets.com tournament rating MUST use that rating. Players with a USAPA UTPR rating but no PickleballBrackets.com rating MUST use that rating. Players with neither rating may self rate.

The tournament director reserves the right to move players and teams to appropriate skill levels.

Groups may be combined or split at the discretion of the tournament director.

The tournament reserves the right to modify the bracket format and number of rounds to comply with the guaranteed number of games per event.

The registration fee is $40 per event.

EACH EVENT WILL HAVE A TEAM LIMIT

For a guaranteed spot in the tournament, the second partner will have THREE days to register after the first partner signs up. If the second partner does not register within that time limit, the team will be moved to the waiting list. Once the second partner registers, the team will be moved back into the event if there are still openings available.

If an event is full, both parties must sign up on for the waiting list for a team to be eligible to fill any openings that occur. You cannot just name a partner. There is no charge for signing up on the waiting list for full events. You will be billed only if your team gets in.

No refunds for withdrawals from an event or for failure to secure a partner.

Refunds minus a $10 processing fee for withdrawals from the tournament up until registration is closed either due to reaching tournament capacity or the registration deadline date of October 28, 2022, whichever comes first.

Refunds will be issued after the conclusion of the tournament.
