Join us for the 2nd Annual Columbia, TN Pickleball Association Muletown Paddle Battle Tournament, an exciting three-day event taking place from September 5-7, 2025, at the beautiful Columbia State Community College. This tournament continues to grow our pickleball community and promises a weekend full of thrilling matches, friendly competition, and fun for our 3.0-4.0+ skill level players. Participants can compete in Men's & Women's Skinny Singles, Men's & Women's Gender Doubles, and Mixed Doubles divisions, with medals awarded to the top three teams in each category.
This event will feature fun matches, quarterfinals, semi-finals, and championship games, culminating in medal ceremonies! Beyond the matches, attendees can enjoy vendor booths and a variety of food trucks providing food and refreshments. Columbia State Community College offers an ideal setting with well-maintained courts, ample parking, and grassy areas for picnics that families and spectators can enjoy. So bring your chairs to set up and watch some thrilling pickleball matches!

****Please note that if you are playing in a doubles event and your partner does not register within 15 days of when you register, you will automatically be moved to the waitlist. Your spot in the main event will NOT be saved. After you both have registered and paid for the event, you will be moved back to the main event. If the event has filled up in the meantime, you will remain on the waitlist until a spot opens up****
***ONLY CURRENTLY APPROVED USAPA PADDLES WILL BE ALLOWED!!!!***
Banned paddles:
Joola Perseus: The 14mm and 16mm Mod TA-15 paddles
Gearbox: The Pro Power Elongated paddle
Pro Kennex Black Ace: The Ovation, Pro, LG, and XF paddles
Players who own banned paddles may need to invest in new equipment.

Refund Policy
*NO REFUNDS* You may switch with another player, but Columbia, TN Pickleball Association will not process or give refunds of any kind.

Weather
In the event of inclement weather, the Muletown Paddle Battle tournament will implement a rain delay policy. Matches will be paused and rescheduled as necessary, with updates provided via email, text, and our social media channels. If severe weather persists, the tournament may be postponed to a later date.

By participating in the Muletown Paddle Battle hosted by Columbia, TN Pickleball Association Tournament at Columbia State Community College, participants acknowledge the inherent risks involved in the sport and agree to assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages incurred. Participants certify their physical fitness and consent to emergency medical treatment if needed. By registering for this event, participants release and hold harmless the Columbia, TN Pickleball Association, Columbia State Community College, and its affiliates from any claims arising from participation in the event. Participants also grant permission for the use of their likeness in promotional materials.
