FORMAT

Round Robin / Single Elimination Bracket

Each team will play the other teams in their pool.

The bracket seeding will be based on team's ranking from pool play.

Rankings will be determined by matches won, head-to-head, and point differential.

Bracket stage will be single elimination.

* Pool Play: Matches consist of 1 game to 11, win by 2 points.

* Bracket Play: Matches consist of 1 game to 15, win by 2 points.

* (SINGLES) Bracket Play: Matches consist of 1 game to 11, win by 2 points.

* Gold/Silver: Matches consist of 2 out of 3 game format with games to 11, win by 2 points.

* Events will be combined if there are less than 4 teams in Doubles and less than 3 players in Singles. Depending on the number of registered players/teams in each event, we will combine events either based on skill or age to provide the best overall playing experience, given the circumstances.

The registration fees are 65$ + 15$ per event.

* Winners Bracket: Matches consist of 2 out of 3 game format with games to 11, win by 2 points.

* (SINGLES) Winners Bracket: Matches consist of 1 game to 15, win by 2 points.

* Loosers Bracket: Matches consist of 1 game to 15, win by 2 points.

* (SINGLES) Losers Bracket: Matches consist of 1 game to 11, win by 2 points.

* Medal Matches: Matches consist of 2 out of 3 game format with games to 11, win by 2 points.

* (SINGLES) Medal Matches: Matches consist of 2 out of 3 game format with games to 11, win by 2 points. Bronze Match consists of 1 game to 15, win by 2 points.

*Gold / Silver - 2nd Match if Winners First Loss: Game to 15, win by 2 points

The registration fees are 75$ + 15$ per event.

The event has the right to shorten match formats if weather poses scheduling delays.

Please note that if you are playing in a doubles event and your partner does not register within 17 days of when you register, you will automatically be moved to the waitlist. Your spot in the main event will NOT be saved. If (after you are both registered and paid for the event) there is room in the main event, you will be moved back to the main event. If the event has filled up in the meantime, you will remain on the waitlist until a spot opens up.

PARTNER REPLACEMENT POLICY

After registration is closed, any registered player losing a partner must replace that partner with an already registered player. The replacement partner must be in the same skill/age group that you are scheduled to play. Players can play down in age and up in skill. Replacements need to be known and communicated to the registration contact by 6pm the day before you are scheduled to play. Replacements can be found on the players needing partners list.
