This will be a prize money tournament that will pay $19,200 total prize money for the Open divisions and Amateur divisions. The Open division will have men's, women's, and mixed and will pay $2000 in prize money for each division, with gold earning $1400, silver earning $500, and bronze winning $100.

The Open divisions will be a double-elimination format.

There will also be 24 Amateur divisions for men's, women's, and mixed, under and over 50, with skill levels of 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, and 4.5. Each division will pay $550 for the medal winners, with gold earning $300, silver earning $150, and bronze earning $100.

The Amateur divisions will be a round-robin format that then seeds ALL teams into a single elimination playoff (based on results of round robin/pools) . Each team will be guaranteed at least 4 games.

The schedule will be:

- Women's Doubles - Friday, October 25th

- Mixed Doubles - Saturday, October 26th

- Men's Doubles - Sunday, October 27th

Not only will this tournament promise to be competitive, but it will also be fun and social. On Friday night, Pickleball players have been invited to Bar Louie's Halloween Party from 9pm - 2am. Attendees are encouraged to wear Halloween attire and enter the costume contest and enjoy themed drinks and a DJ. On Saturday night, we will host a Happy Hour at Bar Louie from 5-10pm on the 2nd floor with a pickleball themed drink available. Cash bar and food available for purchase. Attendees will also be entered to win a pickleball prize basket.

Compete, have fun, and socialize with other players within the region. This is why we play this great game of pickleball!

The registration fee will be $60/person with $5 going to pickleballbrackets.com. Each Open event will be $50 and each Amateur event will be $25.

We will be using DUPR once the integration is complete in pickleballbrackets.com. Players who don't sign up in the event that matches their DUPR rating will be moved automatically to the correct event skill level.

DUPR ratings will be updated on October 11th for the tournament date. If your rating on October 10th is higher than the level you are signed up or, you will have to move to the higher skilled bracket or withdraw.

We will be using Diadem balls for the tournament. We were asked to try them and after playing with them for several hours, we determined that they give us the tournament performance we are looking for.

Players withdrawing by October 10th will receive a refund minus a $10 tournament fee and Pickleballbrackets.com service fee.

Open Divisions (Men, Women, and Mixed) - $6,000 Total Prize

$2000 for each division broken down as follows:

Gold - $1,400

Silver - $500

Bronze - $100

Amateur Divisions - $13,200 Total Prize

$550 for all 24 divisions

Gold - $300

Silver - $150

Bronze - $100

Full prize money payout is dependent upon full brackets. For the Open divisions, a full bracket will consist of at least 16 teams. For the Amateur divisions, a full bracket will consist of at least 12 teams. If a bracket is not full, payouts will be adjusted accordingly.

If a bracket doesn't have at least 4 teams, it will be combined or canceled.

The tournament will be played indoors, so weather should not be a factor.
