Welcome to the first Mini Coast vs the Rest Tournament on Sunday, 19 June 2022

This is a friendly doubles only tournament to give players an opportunity to play against people from other clubs & get more scores into your rankings in Pickleball Brackets.

Registration will be open until 11pm on 5 June 2022 and is only open to the 40 players who preregistered through Meetup. In the event of a player cancelling, any players on the Meetup waitlist will be invited to register.

The cost of registering for the tournament will be $15, which includes play in one event. If you wish to play in a second event, the cost will be an additional $5. Payment will be required to be made on the morning of the tournament before play commences. Please arrive at the venue 30 mins prior to the start of play to ensure sufficient time for check in and payment.

The format of the event will be round robin, with a guaranteed minimum of 3 games per team. The top 4 teams will proceed to finals, with the top 2 teams playing for gold and silver and the 3rd and 4th teams playing for bronze. There will be no medals provided - just bragging rights! Gold matches will be refereed. Printed score sheets will be provided for all matches.

There will be 2 skill group events for both Mixed and Gender doubles. Players will have the ability to select a partner during registration, but they must be on the list of registered players in Meetup. All players must be members of PANSW so you are covered by their insurance.

If you are unavoidably detained and it appears that you will not arrive in time for your game/match, please contact Yvonne Edwards. We can update you on the schedule and consider options but your game may result in a forfeit.
