Tournament Description
Mid-Atlantic Masters is a Round Robin Tournament (non-sanctioned) with Trophy and Prizes for every event and minimum 4 matches guaranteed for all participants.
Events:
Mens Doubles (Skill): 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 and 4.5+
Mens Doubles (Age): 55+
Women's Doubles (Skill): 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 and 4.5+
Women's Doubles (Age): 55+
Mixed Doubles (Skill): 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 and 4.5+
Registration Fee (includes 1st event): $60
Additional event: $20
Payment: PayPal (also allows Credit Card Payments)
Registration Deadline: July 18, 2021
Tournament Policy:
- USAPA rules will be strictly followed
- Players Age as of Dec 31, 2021
- When registering online, online waiver signature is used
- Tournament Directors reserve the right to make any changes to playing schedule and format. Players are expected to accommodate any such changes
- No refunds will be awarded due to any changes to schedule or format
Partner Policy:
- Any player losing a partner, can replace them with any player of their choice at the same skill level (age if applicable)
- Partner changes must be communicated to the organizers by 6pm the day before your event. No changes will be accommodated on the day of the event

We will be providing t-shirts to all volunteers in addition to food, coffee, snacks etc. as we will hold multiple raffles for volunteers with exciting gifts
Food & Beverages:
- Water & light snacks will be provided (until supplies last)
- Players are encouraged to carry their own water & snacks

Refund Policy
Cancellation Deadline: July 10, 2021 (minus $22 Processing/Administration Fee). No refunds after deadline date.
Inclement Weather Policy:
- This is an outdoor event, we will make adjustments as needed to make play possible
- No Rain Dates have been allocated for the event
- If the event is a total washout, 50% fee will be reimbursed to all participants
Prize Money
- Medal/Trophies will be awarded to 1st, 2nd & 3rd place teams in each event
- Prizes will be awarded to 1st and 2nd place teams
- Prizes will only be awarded for events with 10 or more teams
- Prizes will be determined based on size of the draw for each event
- Raffle prizes will be awarded through the day - all participants will be eligible to win
