INFORMACIÓN DEL TORNEO
Si tienes que cancelar, hazlo antes del 20 de enero de 2024.
La inscripción se abre: 30 de noviembre de 2024 a las 8:00 a. m. y cierra el 20 de enero de 2024.
Los eventos pueden cerrar antes del 20 de enero de 2024 o cuando el evento esté lleno.
Su registro no estará completo hasta que tanto usted como su pareja se hayan registrado y firmado la exención.
El director/comité del torneo se reserva el derecho de cambiar la calificación de un jugador que consideremos que se ha ingresado de manera incorrecta. El director/comité del torneo se reserva el derecho de fusionar o dividir grupos según el registro del evento.
Este torneo requiere una cuenta DUPR, si no tienes una cuenta DUPR ingresa también a https://www.dupr.com/
- Utiliza la opción 'registrarse' en la parte superior derecha de la pantalla. El sistema lo guiará por el resto para configurar su cuenta.
FORMATO
Eliminación doble. El formato se puede cambiar si se considera necesario.
Los primeros 8 equipos en completar el registro entrarán en el evento. COMPLETO significa que ambos socios se han registrado y firmado la renuncia.
Si hay menos de 3 equipos en una categoría, no correrá y podrá combinarse con otra categoría más cercana a su nivel de habilidad o rango de edad.

En caso de circunstancias imprevistas, es decir: clima, los eventos pueden posponerse o cancelarse y el Director/Comité del Torneo se reserva el derecho de revisar el calendario. Si tiene que cancelar, hágalo antes del 20 de enero de 2024.

TRABAJAR COMO VOLUNTARIO
¡Voluntario! Necesitamos árbitros, ayuda en el escritorio de operaciones, personas que registren, publicación de puntajes, etc. Cuando se registre, tendrá la opción de marcar una casilla para agregar su nombre a la lista de voluntarios.
EVENTO
Se anima a los jugadores y espectadores a traer:
- AGUA, MUCHA AGUA!!!!!!! La deshidratación puede ocurrir rápidamente cuando se juega bajo el sol.
- una silla portátil.
- un sombrero o sombrilla para sombra personal.
- almuerzo y refrigerios, ya que puede haber opciones de comida limitadas en el torneo.
- Se recomienda encarecidamente a los jugadores que usen calzado adecuado y gafas protectoras.
TOURNAMENT INFORMATION
Registration Opens: November 30, 2024, 8:00 a.m. and closes January 20, 2024.
Events may close prior to Jan. 20, 2024, or when the event is full.
Your registration is not complete until both you and your partner have registered and signed the waiver.
The tournament director/committee reserves the right to change a players rating that we deem has been entered inaccurately. The tournament director/committee reserves the right to merge or split brackets based on event registration.
This tournament requires a DUPR account, if you do not have a DUPR account, go too https://www.dupr.com/
- use the 'sign up' option at the top right of the screen. The system will walk you through the rest to set your account up.

Double Elimination. Format can be changed if deemed necessary.

If there are fewer than 3 teams in a category, it may not run or may be combined with another category closest to its’ skill level or age bracket.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you have to cancel, please do so before January 20, 2024.
In the case unforeseen circumstances, i.e.: weather, events may be postponed, cancelled and the Tournament Director/Committee reserves the right to revise the schedule.
VOLUNTEERING
Volunteer! We need referees, operations desk help, check-in people, score posting, etc. When you register, you will have an option to check a box to add your name to the volunteer list.
VENUE
Players and spectators are encouraged to bring:
- WATER, LOTS OF WATER!!!!!!! Dehydration can happen quickly when playing in the sun.
- a portable chair.
- a hat or umbrella for personal shade.
- lunch and snacks, as there may be limited food options at the tournament.
- players are strongly encouraged to wear appropriate footwear, and protective eyewear.
