$60.00 registration fee per event

Register based on skill level

Tournament Format:

*Events with 8+ Teams: Teams will be divided into two or more seeded pools and the top teams in each pool will advance to a playoff round to determine medal winners.

*Events with 7 Teams or Less: Players will go into one Round Robin

*Skill Level: For doubles and mixed doubles, you must sign up at the skill level of the higher rated partner. Players with a PickleballBrackets.com rating must use that rating. Players with a USAPA UTPR rating, but no PickleballBrackets.com rating must use that rating. Players with neither rating may self rate.

Ratings will be verified by the club at point of registration. The tournament reserves the right to move players and teams between skill level brackets/events.

*Registering Together as a Team: For a guaranteed spot in mixed doubles or doubles, the second partner must sign up within 3 days of the first partner's registration. Incomplete teams will be moved to the waiting list after that. Once the second partner registers, they will be moved back into the event if there is still availability in the event.

Safe Tournament Environment:

MAC Pickleball courts are located within our 4 Tennis court bubble facility. Viewing is limited to the far right-hand side and left-hand side of the bubble.

*Spectators must sit in designated viewing areas. Feel free to bring your own chair.

*Players and spectators will only be permitted in the facility during their event.

Vending machine on site with various snacks, water and gatorade for sale.

Refunds minus a $10 processing fee for withdrawals from the tournament up through January 19, 2023.

NO refunds after January 20 for ANY reason.

Replacement Players/Subbing* Entry fees may be transferred to a replacement player/sub of similar skill level at any time up through the morning of the event. The new replacement player must be similar level to the original player.
