This outdoor tournament will be held at the brand new, dedicated pickleball facility Clary Courts in Longview. Round Robin format with 4 game minimum. Open division with cash prizes in men’s, women’s, and mixed doubles.

JULY 20TH: 3.0-4.5 MIXED DOUBLES 50+, 3.0-4.5 MIXED DOUBLES 19+, OPEN MIXED DOUBLES

JULY 21ST: 3.0-3.5 MEN’S AND WOMEN’S DOUBLES 19+, OPEN MEN’S AND WOMEN’S DOUBLES

If a bracket is full, ensure you have completed registration (paid and partner listed) and you will be waitlisted. We will try our best to move as many teams off the waitlist and into the main draw as we can. If we are not able to move you off the waitlist you will receive a full refund after the tournament.

Early bird registration discount until April 30th. Longview Pickleball Club Member discount. Registration is not complete until both partners are registered and paid.

Dogs are allowed on the grass outside the courts but not in the facility.

SKILL / AGE FORMAT

This is an all round robin tournament with a playoff for the top four teams.

Pool play:

Brackets with 4, 5, or 6 teams: the round robin will be played 1 to 15 win by 2.

Bracket has 7 or more teams, the round robin will be played 1 to 11 win by 2.

If a bracket has less than 4 teams it will be combined with another bracket

Playoffs with one pool: semi-final 1st seed vs 4th seed, 2nd seed vs 3rd seed.

Playoffs with two pools: top 2 teams from each pool will advance. Pool A 1st plays Pool B 2nd and vice versa.

Gold will be played by the winners of playoff matches. Bronze will be played by the losing teams.

Tiebreakers:

1. Round robin win/loss record

2. Head-to-head between tied teams (if only two teams tied)

3. Point differential of all games if three or more teams are tied

Brackets may be combined or split at tournament director’s discretion.

OPEN DIVISION FORMAT:

**PRIZE MONEY BASED ON MINIMUM 8 TEAM ENTRY**

For pool play, the bracket will be played 1 to 15 win by 2. The top 4 teams will move onto playoffs. If there are 10 or more teams, the bracket will be split into two pools. The top 2 teams from each pool will move onto playoffs.

In the event of split pool play, the top seeds from each pool will play the 2nd seeds from the other pool in the semifinals. Gold will be played by the winners of playoff matches. Bronze will be played by the losing teams.

Full refunds (minus $15 processing fee) up to June 30, 2024.

Cancellations between June 30 and July 8 will receive a 50% refund.

No refunds after July 8.

Open Events:

Women's Doubles, Men's Doubles, Mixed Doubles

Gold = $600

Silver = $300

Bronze = $100

This is an outdoor tournament. In the case of inclement weather, events may be cancelled or the bracket format modified. If an event is entirely cancelled, the event fee will be refunded.

There will be a first aid kit on site. Players are responsible for bringing their own water and maintaining safe behavior at all times while on the premises.
