Get ready for two full days of exciting matchups, competitive play, and community connection at one of Northwest Arkansas’s premier outdoor pickleball venues! Whether you're an experienced tournament player or new to competitive play, the Living Waters Pickleball Classic offers a welcoming, well-organized environment to challenge your game and meet others who love the sport.

🎯 Divisions Offered

Skill Levels: 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5+

Brackets will be grouped by both skill and age where possible.

Saturday, Sept 27: Men’s & Women’s Doubles

Sunday, Sept 28: Mixed Doubles

Matches begin at 8:00 AM

Check-in opens at 7:30 AM

💵 Registration

$45 registration fee per player

+$10 for each event entered (including the first)

Registration deadline: September 23, 2025

🏆 Tournament Format & Rules

Format: Round Robin (guaranteed 3 games)

Scoring: Side-out scoring

Game Format:

Brackets with 7 or fewer teams: Round Robin only

Brackets with 8+ teams: Split into 2 pools

Top 2 teams from each pool advance to medal rounds

Semifinals:

1st Pool A vs. 2nd Pool B

1st Pool B vs. 2nd Pool A

Winners play for Gold/Silver, losers play for Bronze

Medal matches: Best 2 of 3 games to 11 (win by 2)

Other matches: Games to 15 or best 2 of 3 to 11 (based on bracket size)

🥇 Medals awarded to 1st–3rd place teams in all Gold Brackets

📜 Rules: Matches follow USA Pickleball rules. Players are expected to show professionalism and sportsmanship. 🚫Unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated.

All event details—including format, scheduling, and division structure—are subject to change at the discretion of the Tournament Director to ensure the best possible experience for all participants. This includes, but is not limited to:

-Combining age or skill divisions when registration numbers are low

-Adjusting match formats or scoring as needed

-Modifying the schedule for weather, timing, or bracket flow

*Every effort will be made to maintain fair, competitive play while delivering a smooth, well-run event for all players.

💳 Refund Policy – Tournament Withdrawal

PickleballBrackets.com charges a non-refundable processing fee:

$5 for players registered in 1 event

$10 for players registered in 2 or more events

These fees are set by the platform and are not refundable.

Players who withdraw on or before September 23, 2025 will receive a refund of their registration fee, minus the processing fee.
