This is an excellent opportunity to put your skills to the test while ultimately having a ton of fun as well as experiencing all of our clubs amazing amenities. Our tournament is open to both members and non-members alike, so register now to reserve your spot!

ALL REGISTRANTS MUST HAVE A DUPR ACCOUNT PRIOR TO TOURNAMENT DAY.

Tournament will be hosted at Life Time Woodstock

REGISTRATION FEE:

Registration fee includes 1 event, each additional event is $10

Early Bird Registration Members $40 Non-Members $45 Sep 5- Sep 21

Regular Registration Members $45 Non-Members $50 Sep 22- Oct 18

Late Registration Members $50 Non-Members $55 Oct 19-Oct 27

Tournament events:

Mixed Doubles, Women's Doubles and Men's Doubles Format with guaranteed 4 games.

Friday- 4.0+ Doubles and Mix

Saturday- level 3.0 Doubles and Mix

Sunday- level 3.5 Doubles and Mix

Round robin to 15 win by 1 with top 4 teams go to playoffs. Guaranteed at least 4 games.

Non-Members registered in the Tournament, are welcome to use the rest of the facilities in the club the day of their event.

Minimum 4 teams for that division to run. Refund provided for brackets that do not meet the minimum.

Refunds will be given to those who withdraw before 11/27/24. Any other refunds will be based on the Tournament Director’s discretion.
