Life Time Missouri City is excited to its 2nd MLP Style Team Tournament. We have modified the format slightly to facilitate more teams. Teams need a total of 4 players but only 1 Female player is required per team. There are 3 divisions and each division will get a payout! We will be capping each division at 8 teams so hurry up and register your team!!

REGISTRATION

Once approved the team players have to register the team in Pickleball Brackets as 2 sets of doubles teams.

RATINGS

We will use DUPR to ensure everyone is in the correct event. The tournament director reserves the right to review all players and move teams if it's deemed that a team is in the wrong bracket. All scores will be entered into DUPR.

- DUPR 14 (Team's total DUPR cannot exceed 14.30

- DUPR 16 (Team's total DUPR cannot exceed 16.30

- DUPR 18 (Team's total DUPR cannot exceed 18.30

*DUPR scores at the time of team submission will be regarded. Subsequent fluctuations will not affect team entry.

**self-entered matches will be disregarded when calculating for a teams DUPR, this is done to prevent people from dropping their DUPR score to be eligible for an event

SCHEDULE

Tournament will be played over the weekend of 26-27 October 2024

Saturday Oct 26th - DUPR 14 @ 8:00 AM

Saturday Oct 26th - DUPR 18 @ 11:00 AM

Sunday Oct 27th - DUPR 16 @ 8:00 AM

SCORING

Games will be rally scoring to either 21 with freeze or straight score to 25 - depending on the number of teams. Sets will be best of 5. If tied 2-2, a singles Tiebreaker is played as the final game.

FORMAT

Teams consist of 4 players, minimum of 1 female. Every player will play 2 games. A toss will determine who sets their lineup first and who reacts to the other teams lineup.
