Registration Fee:

$40 Members / $50 Non-members for (1) event **Member can use LTMEMBER1 code at checkout

$70 Members / $90 Non-members for (2) events **Member can use LTMEMBER2 code at checkout

$90 Members / $120 Non-members for (3) events **Member can use LTMEMBER3 code at checkout

$65 Members for 4.5 Open Event / $75 for Non-members for 4.5 Open Event (prize money). **Member can use LTMEMBER1 code at checkout, LTMEMBER2 if registering for 2 events.

- $500.00 Cash Prize for 4.5+ OPEN Winner for Doubles / $250 Cash Prize for 4.5+ OPEN Winner for Singles

8am to 10:30 am

- 3.5 - 4.0 women doubles

- 3.5 - 4.0 men doubles

10:30am to 1pm

- 4.0 - 4.5 men doubles

1:30pm to 4pm

- 3.0 - 3.5 women doubles

- 3.0 - 3.5 men doubles

4:30pm to 7:00pm

- 3.5 - 4.0 mixed doubles

Official start times will be sent approximately 48 hours in advance.

ROUND ROBIN FORMAT WITH MEDAL ELIMINATION ROUNDS:

- Each division will play Round Robin format, total of 5 matches against the other teams in the group.

- Each match in the Round Robin format will be to 11, win by 1.

- After the Round Robin matches, the 1st team of each group (A & B) will play a medal match for Gold and Silver. The 2nd team of each group (A&B) will play for Bronze.

- The medal match will be to 11, win by 2.

No refunds after October 15th, 2024

This is an outdoor event. If weather or any other unforeseen circumstances occurs, Life Time will do all it can to play matches. Tournament will be rescheduled for a different time or date if needed.
