Dynamic Universal Pickleball Rating

ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST HAVE A DUPR ACCOUNT THAT MATCHES YOUR TOURNAMENT ENTRY NAME (email me if the name is different) IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE. All matches will be entered into DUPR under the Life Time Folsom Pickleball Club.

Why should I play in the Life Time Pickleball Classic Tournament?

Participating in the Life Time Pickleball Classic Series offers amateurs the opportunity to showcase their skills in a more competitive environment than they're used to. The Life Time Pickleball Classic Series is held at Life Time facilities in 31 states, providing amateurs a platform to compete at in a variety of skill levels regardless of age.

FORMAT

Amateur Format for Skill Events

* Events will be combined if there are less than 4 teams in Doubles and less than 4 players in Singles. Depending on the number of registered players/teams in each event, we will combine events based on skill to provide the best overall playing experience, given the circumstances.

* Events with 7 or less teams for doubles or players for singles will play a Single Round Robin format. Winners will be determined by matches won > head-to-head > point differential.

Skill Levels 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 & 4.5+ with 20 teams (20 players for singles) or less:

Players will be placed into pools randomly based on Pickleball Brackets.

Round Robin Format: Games 1-15 win by 2.

Playoff Format: Games 1-15 win by 2

Gold Medal Match Format: Games 2/3 to 11 win by 2

The event has the right to shorten match formats if weather poses scheduling delays.

Please note that if you are playing in a doubles event and your partner does not register within 5 days of when you register, you will automatically be moved to the waitlist. Your spot in the main event will NOT be saved. If (after you are both registered and paid for the event) there is room in the main event, you will be moved back to the main event. If the event has filled up in the meantime, you will remain on the waitlist until a spot opens up.

PAYMENT/PARTNER POLICY

Players must be paid and have a registered and paid partner to be confirmed. Players not paid and without registered and paid partners will be moved to a wait list if the division in which a spot is being held is filled with fully registered and paid teams.
