Junior Boy's and Girl's Doubles – Friday, May 2, 2025
Men's & Women's Singles - Friday, May 2, 2025
Men's Doubles & Women's Doubles - Saturday, May 3, 2025
Mixed Doubles - Sunday, May 4, 2025
All participants must be members of Pickleball Canada.
This is a Tier 4 Pickleball Canada sanctioned tournament that will follow USAP international rules and have referees for medal matches.
This tournament will use a player's Canadian Tournament Play Rating (CTPR). If a player does not have a CTPR the player’s DUPR rating will be used as the next option. If a player does not have a DUPR rating the player's self rating on Pickleball Tournaments will be used.

Format
All events will be Round Robin format with a guarantee to play between 60 and 90 total points. Ex: A pool of 6 teams will play 1 set to 15, (75 points) A pool of 8 teams will play 1 set to 11, (77 points) with playdowns. Playdowns will be games to 15 win by 2; medal matches: Bronze - one game to 15 win by 2; Gold/Silver - best 2 out of 3 games to 11 win by 2.
Additional Information
• Entry Fee (Junior Boys and Girls Doubles): $20.00 +GST per player which includes one event and a Tournament Entry Package (string bag)
• Entry Fee: $60.00 +GST per player which includes one event and a Tournament Entry Package (t-shirt)
• Each additional event entry fee: $30.00 +GST
Bracket Clarifications:
2.5 bracket will include players up to a rating of 2.99
3.0 bracket will include players up to a rating of 3.49
3.5 bracket will include players up to a rating of 3.99
4.0 bracket will include players up to a rating of 4.49
4.5 bracket will include players up to a rating of 4.99
*Players may play within + 1.0 of their rating at the time or registration; meaning a player with a rating of 3.26 may play in 3.0, 3.5, or 4.0.
• Players may enter a maximum of one event per day
• Enter as a team or look under 'Players Needing A Partner' to find a partner
• In the case of wait lists, in doubles events, teams will take priority over individuals. Our goal is to accommodate as many people as the schedule will allow - but at the same time have a well-rounded tournament with representation from all skill levels.
• Players who register without a partner will have seven days to find a partner before being moved to the Waitlist. Once a partner has been found they will be moved off the waitlist, space permitting.
• Brackets will be combined if the number of entries does not support separation.
• Medals will be awarded to the top three teams in each (combined) bracket.
• The tournament committee reserves the right to place players in their appropriate skill level category and to add, combine, split, or cancel brackets based on registrations.
• Level 1 Referees will be compensated $7 per match; Level 2 Referees $10 per match; Certified Referees $15 per match. Volunteer referees with the appropriate training are also encouraged to referee, space permitting.
Health & Safety
• It is recommended all players be equipped with protective eyewear and proper pickleball or tennis shoes. First aid services will be on site and there is an AED located inside the facility.
• Health authority mandates with respect to masking and proof of vaccination status are subject to change. The requirements in effect at the time of the tournament will apply. You are welcome to wear a mask if you wish even if it is not currently required.
MINORS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A RESPONSIBLE ADULT.
PHOTOS AND VIDEOS WILL BE TAKEN THROUGHOUT THE TOURNAMENT AND RELATED EVENTS
Refund Policy
• All refunds prior to April 25, 2025 are subject to a $15 administration fee.
• After April 25, 2025 refunds will only be considered in extenuating circumstances.
