We invite you to be a part of M/E Racquet Managements inaugural Pickleball tournament at Wardner, BC.

$25.00/second event

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:

Friday July 19th, 2024 – Tournament Day 1, 6pm – Till end of last game

Saturday July 20th, 2024 – Tournament Day 2, 8am – Till end of last game

Sunday July 21st, 2024 – Tournament Day 3, 8am - Till end of last game

A Referee will be present at the venue to answer player questions and address on-court issues. Referees will be available for Medal Matches.

The tournament will be a round robin format playing first to 11. Medal Matches will be playing best of 3 sets to 11, win by 2.

PLEASE NOTE:

Tournament director reserves the option to combine brackets as needed if brackets do not fill. If brackets are combined to create playable brackets, awards will be based on the original division and not the combined bracket.

The tournament director reserves the right to cancel or modify the events and/or schedule as needed pending influences beyond our control (eg. Insufficient numbers in Events, Weather, etc).

Food and beverage will be available for purchase on site.

All players must wear appropriate attire. No shoes with black soles.

Medals and prize money for all events.

REFUND POLICY WITHDRAWAL:

-100% Refundable up to July 12th, 2024.

-There will be NO refunds given with withdraws after the Cancellation Deadline

-Refunds by email notification ONLY

-Refund processing can take up to 30 days.

**Processing fees will NOT be refunded**
