Kissing Tree is an over 55+ Community. Our Tournament is for those 50 years old and over.

The Kissing Tree Tournament official ball is the FRANKLIN X40

Round Robin games 2/3 to 11 for Event Brackets up to 5 players

Double Elimination 2/3 games to 11 for Event Bracket of 6 or more players.

We have 18 outdoor permanent pickleball courts, 4 of these are covered. 4 of the 18 courts will be used for practice/warm-up courts when not needed for tournament matches

We will be limiting our registration number so that we can plan on much shorter days than last year!!!

There are food options on site - Lunch is available to register players on the days they are register to play. This option MUST be selected in your registration. Kissing Tree has a new Golf Club restaurant, Tarbox & Brown. Our pre-ordered lunches will be provided by T & B. Players are welcome to visit the Tarbox & Brown and may purchase food items, pro-shop items during all days of the tournament.

Format and bracket combination may change as needed based on the tournament director.

NO REFUNDS after the Registration End date of August 15, 2023

Refunds will be available up to August 15th. All refunds will be charged a $10 processing fee. Emergency refunds will be issued based on documentation and tournament director approval.

Kissing Tree is an outdoor event. If weather or any other unforeseen circumstance occurs, we will do all we can to play matches. If weather or unforeseen circumstance occurs, the situation will be evaluated on a case by case basis to determine if the bracket may be finished or if winners may be determined. No refunds will be issued for weather related cancellation.

Kissing Tree is an outdoor facility with many places to find shade. We will also be providing tents for shade around court areas where permissible. Please no outside tents as we have very limited space. Please hydrate before coming to the tournament and make sure that you are drinking plenty of water before, during and after your matches. If you think you are drinking enough to stay hydrated, you may not be, please hydrate.
