Kissing Tree is an over 55+ Community. Our Tournament is a USSP Circuit event and for those 50 years old and over. All USSP members will receive an automatic $10 discount when registering, as long as your USSP member number is attached to your Pickleball Brackets player profile.

-Format will be Round Robin games 2/3 to 11 for event Brackets up to 5 teams.

-Format will be Round Robin games 1 to 15 for brackets with 6 or 7 teams.

-Brackets with 8 teams and above will be pool play, round robins 1 to 15 with playoff between top 4 teams; Semi finals will be 1 game to 15 with Gold/Bronze matches playing 2/3 to 11

-All the above are win by 2.

-3 games minimum guaranteed for all.

-Senior Pro Brackets will be played with a minimum of 3 teams per event. Registration cost will be $85 plus $25 per event.

We have 18 outdoor permanent pickleball courts, 4 of these are covered. Some of the courts will be used for warm-up, if not needed for tournament matches.

Registration will be limited to a maximum of 300.

There will be Food options on site and Food trucks nearby; players are welcome to visit the Tarbox & Brown restaurant on site.

Format and bracket combination may change as determined by the tournament director. All brackets will be limited to 8 teams. Teams on the wait list will be added when it is determined that the tournament will not exceed 300 players.

The Official Ball of the tournament is FRANKLIN X40

Refunds will be available up to October 15th. All refunds will be charged a $10 processing fee. Emergency

refunds will be issued based on documentation and tournament director approval.
