Tournament Dates:

August 26, 2023 - Coed Doubles Round Robin w/ Single Elimination Medal Round

Additional Dates may be required depending on registration.

Registration Details:

$35 Early Bird registration, if registered by August 5th prior 11:45pm.

$40 Registration after August 5th

Format:

Coed Doubles Round Robin w/ Single Elimination Medal Round for Top 4 Teams

Best 2 out of 3 Matches for both Round Robin and Medal Round.

Games 1 & 2 play to 11, win by 1. If needed Game 3 play to 15, Win by 1

Traditional scoring, NOT rally scoring.

Event will be all skill levels in the same bracket, as more players register more brackets will be created and skill level will be considered.

Time:

Tournament will start at 9:00am. Brackets will be assigned designated courts with continuous play until brackets are complete.

Start time for later brackets will be determined after registration closes. No loser brackets.

Tournament director reserves the right to modify format to meet tournament needs.

Cancellations must be received on or before August 23, 2023.

No refunds will be issued after August 23, 2023.

Cancellations received prior to 11:59pm August 23rd, will be refunded entry cost minus administration cost.

Event will take place rain or shine. No refunds or exchanges for cancellation due to inclement weather.
