Our Y is made up of members, donors, and volunteers who care deeply about the community and one another, and we are proud to be a trusted resource for neighbors in need. Philanthropic support is critical to the success of our Y.
Support from our generous donors through the Annual Giving Campaign ensures: Families have access to high-quality child care / 1,100 kids learn teamwork and make memories in summer camp / Seniors socialize and stay active / Teens develop confidence, meaningful relationships, and leadership skills that last a lifetime / People of all ages learn critical water safety skills / Foster care families have opportunities to connect children, families, and seniors have consistent access to healthy food, allowing us to serve over 3,000 meals / 1,200 children were taught Safety Around Water
The G. Cecil Pruett Family Y and the Cherokee Outdoor Y's are for everyone. Our programs, services and initiatives enable kids to realize their potential, offer ways for families to have fun together, empower people to be healthier in mind, body, and spirit and help foster social responsibility.
