Tournament Description
Welcome to the 2025 International City Invitational! Explore all that Warner Robins has to offer! From the Museum of Aviation and Historic Depot Row to the Southeast Region Little League Headquarters and Rigby’s Entertainment Complex and Water World, our restaurants, annual festivals, events, and local attractions have something for everyone of all ages!
This tournament is a Southern Pickleball Association Sanctioned Tournament.
Registration Cost is $60 and includes one event. Additional events are $15.
The schedule is as follows:
Saturday April 26th Men's and Women's Doubles
Sunday April 27th Mixed Doubles
Competition each day may begin as early as 8:00 AM. Specific start times for each event will be posted and emailed to players approximately one week prior to the event.
Format of play will be round robin followed by medal brackets or medal matches for brackets with more than 4 teams.
As registration proceeds, tournament management reserves the option to combine brackets as needed if brackets do not fill. If brackets are combined to create playable brackets, awards will be based on the original division and not the combined bracket. Brackets will be combined by age if possible to avoid combining skills.
Skills levels include 2.5,3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, and 5.0+
Age groups are 16+, 30+, 40+, 50+, 60+, and 70+
A team must play at the skill level of the higher rated player (or higher) and the age group of the younger player. Age is calculated as of 12/31/2025.
RATINGS
DUPR ratings will be used. On April 13th , the tournament staff will move players whose DUPR ratings have changed since registering for this tournament. Players with DUPR reliability rating of 50 or lower may appeal their current rating.
April 13th is also the cut off for registering and receiving a free tournament t-shirt.

You may register and identify your partner or request ""Need partner"". Your partner must register within five days of your registration or the team will be moved to the wait list. When the identified partner registers after the five day grace period, the team will automatically move from the wait list back to the active list if there is a slot available and both teams have paid. If a player needs a partner, the team will automatically move from the wait list to the active list once a partner is identified, registers, and both players have paid if there is an available slot to move to. NOTE: Your spot in the tournament is not guaranteed until your partner has registered and all fees have been paid in full.
There are no referees. Matches are self-monitored. If a referee is requested, we will do our best to provide one.

The Southern Pickleball Association adheres to the guidelines set forth in the USA Pickleball Rulebook. All gameplay, officiating, and judgment decisions during our events are based on these rules to ensure consistency and fairness for all players.

Refund Policy
Withdraw deadline is April 13th at midnight. Players may withdraw prior to midnight on April 13th for any reason and receive a refund minus a $20 administrative fee. After April 13th there are no refunds for any reason unless a player has purchased tournament insurance. This is an outdoor tournament. Tournament Insurance covers a player if the tournament is canceled due to weather or if a player or a player's partner must withdraw due to injury or a family emergency. Additionally, player registration fees may not be transferred to other players.
