This is an age and skill tournament for 3.0 - 4.0 Levels, 4.5 and above level can be any age.

Played on 6 permanent tournament size, indoor, climate controlled and dedicated fenced Pickleball only courts @Pickles Hanover, MA "Where Pickleball Fanatics Gather to Dink & Drink!"

Registration Closes Wednesday, April 27 at 6:00 PM.

FRIDAY April 29 will be a practice night and cocktail party from 4-8 pm!

SATURDAY, April 30: Mixed 3.0 division will play, check in starts at 7:45 AM, games begin at 8:30 AM

SUNDAY, May 1: Mixed 3.5 divisions will play. Check in begins at 7:45 AM, games begin at 8: 30 for the under 50 division, for Over 50 check in begins at 11:15, games begin at Noon.

Check in will open 45 minutes before your event begins.

Round Robin format with playoffs

*Skill Level: For doubles, you must sign up at the skill level of the higher rated partner. Players with a PickleballBrackets.com rating must use that rating. Players with a USAPA UTPR rating but no PickleballBrackets.com rating must use that rating. Players with neither rating may self rate. Ratings will be verified when registration closes. The tournament reserves the right to move players and teams between skill level brackets/events.

Age limit deadline will be as of 12/31/2022

1 partner per team may register at a lower than the stated skill level. Tournament director has discretion on all lower level entries.

*Registering Together As A Team (TIP) : For a guaranteed spot in doubles, the second partner must sign up within 3 days of the first partner's registration. Incomplete teams will be moved to the waiting list after that. Once the second partner registers, they will be moved back into the event IF THERE ARE SPOTS LEFT IN THE TOURNAMENT AND THE EVENT.

SAFE TOURNAMENT ENVIRONMENT

*Spectators must sit in designated viewing areas, there are plenty of tables and chairs in the viewing area.

*Spectators will be permitted in the facility during their event.

*Vaccinated players & spectators are not required to wear masks. Vaccine cards will not be checked.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

*Players Lounge & Mezzanine Viewing Deck.

*The Kitchen Cafe sells Beer, Wine and Snacks

*Refunds minus a $40 processing fee for withdrawals from the tournament up through April 20, 2022.

*Replacement Players/Subbing* Entry fees may be transferred to a replacement player/sub of similar skill level at any time up through the morning of the event.

For Example: A player won’t be able to attend the tournament but has a replacement/sub. Can the replacement/sub take my spot? Yes, only if the player is of similar level, then he can take your spot for tournament play; payment would need to be worked out among yourselves.

*Refunds will be processed after the tournament is over.

*If the tournament is cancelled due to COVID restrictions or for any other reason, players will receive 50% of their initial payment.

All players will receive a Pickles player gift @check-in.

1st, 2nd and 3rd place medals will be awarded to all winners.
