Located in beautiful North Lake Tahoe, the annual Incline Open Pickleball Tournament at the spectacular Incline Village Tennis & Pickleball Center is one not to miss! This is a great tournament for "first timers" as there is no USAPA association membership required.

LEVELS: 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, and 4.5+ (some levels may be merged based on the number of entries)

BALL: Franklin X-40 (optic neon outdoor)

Tournament & Gala Package: $130

Tournament Only: $70 (registration includes 1 event)

Additional Events: $40 for each additional event

Gala Only: $60 (for family and friends who are not playing in the tournament but want to celebrate)

INCLINE OPEN GALA - SATURDAY, JULY 15

All players and their guests are invited to purchase tickets to the exclusive Incline Open Gala on Saturday evening at the newly renovated Bowl Incline Outdoor Patio (920 Southwood Blvd., Incline Village, NV), just up the street from the Tennis & Pickleball Center. The brand new outdoor area has a full bar, fire pits, bocce courts, cornhole, TVs, seating, and more! Tickets include access to the party, appetizers, (1) beverage (beer, wine or soda) and a DJ. Family and friends are welcome to join but space is limited so purchase tickets early!

DIVISION START TIMES:

Friday, July 14 at 7am: Women's Doubles all levels

Friday, July 14 at 1pm: Men's Doubles all levels

Saturday, July 15 at 8am: Mixed Doubles 3.5 level

Sunday, July 16 at 8am: Mixed Doubles 3.0, 4.0, 4.5 levels

Please ensure you arrive at the Tennis & Pickleball Center with plenty of time before your division start time to check in, find your partner, get warmed up and make it to your court on time. Each division will play all matches on the same day.

CANCELLATIONS: All entries are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you must withdraw, please let us know by June 30 at 5pm PST so we can fill your spot.

Tahoe is famous for its beautiful summer weather but it's also fire season, which sometimes means air quality impacts. If we may need to make adjustments to times and formats for weather/air quality impacts, our plan is to do everything we can to play, and cancellation will be our last resort, with the first consideration being the safety of everyone involved. We will do our best to communicate changes as soon as we can.

AIR QUALITY & SMOKE IMPACTS

With a snowy winter behind us, we're hopeful for no active fires in the region this summer. However, it’s as hard to predict the air quality as it is the weather, and as we all know, it changes daily. We’ll do our best to communicate as early as possible, but air quality can be an ever-changing situation, which may force us to make some decisions on the fly. Here are some general guidelines we’ll be using during the event in the event of air quality impacts:

If the air quality falls between 101-150, the tournament will be held.

If the air quality falls between 150-200, the tournament will likely be held, but a refund will be issued if you are in a sensitive group and wish to cancel.

If air quality is over 201, the event will be canceled, and refunds will be issued.

If the air quality for Incline Village goes past 150 but less than 200, we will continually access the current conditions and forecast to determine if the tournament will begin or continue.

We will make a decision as early as possible before the start of the division.

If at any time the air quality changes during the day, the event may be stopped or canceled.

Purpleair.com has a sensor at the Incline Middle School and will be used for readings.
