Tournament Refund Policy
• No refunds will be issued within 48 hours of the tournament start date.
• Refund requests made more than 48 hours before the tournament date will be processed but are subject to a $10 service fee per player per bracket.
• All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or through the designated registration platform.
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
• No exceptions will be made for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
By registering for the tournament, players agree to this refund policy.
