This is our inaugural fun pickleball benefit tournament to raise funds for The Informed Choices Women's Center of Harrison, Arkansas.

The mission statement of the ICWC: "We are here to walk with you. If you are worried about an unplanned pregnancy or STD/STI, you are not alone. Informed Choices Women's Center is a safe place to get answers about your pregnancy. We offer no-cost pregnancy services, STD/STI testing, and education about pregnancy options. Get the insight you need to move forward."

This is an indoor venue with 4 courts and the tournament will be held regardless of weather conditions, barring extreme/dangerous forecasts. Brackets will be completed using a Round Robin method of play.

The tournament director reserves the right to modify the events (by merge or split) based on numbers of registered participants.

This is an indoor tourney and will be played regardless of weather. There will be NO refunds once registration closes May 8th, 2024.

Withdrawals prior to May 8th, 2024 will incur a $5 processing fee. All Pickleballbracket service fees are also nonrefundable.

Springtime in Arkansas can present a variety of weather conditions. Temperatures in mid-May are most likely to be mild/warm but could become hot. Extreme weather in the form of thunderstorms and tornadoes are possible, however May is usually outside the peak of this type activity. Please be prepared by consulting your favorite weather forecasting sources prior to arrival in Harrison.

There are basic aluminum bleachers in the facility for use at each of the four courts. Please feel free to bring your own cushion or stadium seat as desired. Additional floorspace for personal chairs is limited.

There are indoor restroom facilities at the venue as well as water fountains.

Parking is available adjacent to the center and along the street. Additional/overflow parking may be as much as two city blocks of easy walk away.

Bottled water and snacks will be available. A meal will NOT be provided by the tournament. There are numerous food purchase options within walking or short drive distances. We plan to have several food truck options available as well.
