We welcome you to Huntington Beach High School! The Girls Tennis program in partnership with Surf City Pickleball Society a Huntington Beach based non-profit is hosting a Pickleball Fundraising Round Robin Event! This exciting event will help to raise funds for the Huntington Beach High School Girls Tennis Program.

High School Age Player Bracket: Will be rotating partners round robin format. The top 3 highest scores win Gold, Silver and Bronze medals will be awarded. Matches will be 1 game to 11 win by 2. Winners will be determined by number of points at the end of the time allotted. If a tie, 1 game played to determine winner.

Adult: Adult Brackets will be Set Partner Round Robin format throughout the day.

Team Score calculated and the top 3 Teams with the highest scores will be awarded Gold, Silver, and Bronze of each event. In an event of a tie we will use point differential to determine winner.

Matches will be 1 game to 11, win by 2. Winners will be determined by team total points. If a tie, we will use point differential.

Keep in mind this is a fun, flexible fundraising event, we appreciate your willingness to be flexible as the Tournament Director may have to make adjustments based on registrations.

Beginner Level: Self Rated Players approximately rating 1.5 - 3.0

Intermediate Level: Self Rated Players approximately rating 3.5 - 4.0

Women's Doubles Division

Beginner Level: Self Rated Players approximate rating 1.5 - 3.0

Intermediate Level: Self Rated Players approximate rating 3.5 - 4.0

High School Age Players (ages (13-17)

Mixed - Rotating Partners

The DuraFast 40 Outdoor Neon Green Ball is the event ball.

NO REFUND POLICY. This event does not provide refunds for any reason. All registrations (payment made & transaction completed) are nonrefundable and no refunds will be given for any reason. By registering for this event you are agreeing to this no refunds for any reason policy. This event will deny refunds, may also be determined by individual circumstances.

If weather and safety conditions are deemed unsafe by Event Director, please know all efforts will be made to reschedule the date of the event. If you are unable to make the new date a refund will be issued.

Photo release: If you are registered and under the age of 18 and do not want to be photographed, please sign a Photo Waiver at the event desk on the day of event and let your Tournament Director know.

If you registered and are over the age of 18, and registered for the event your photograph may be used for a variety of promotional purposes by Huntington Beach High School and/or Surf City Pickleball Society.

As a registrant in the pickleball event organized by Huntington Beach High School Girls Tennis Program and Surf City Pickleball Society you are acknowledging and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk: Playing in this event have inherent risks to a variety of injuries. The registered player understands and accept these risks, including but not limited to physical injury, strains, or accidents that may occur during the event.

You might consider consulting with a healthcare professional before playing in this event. You confirm physically fit and capable of participating in the tournament.

Personal Responsibility: Registrants are responsible for their own behavior and safety for the event.

COVID-19 Considerations: In light of ongoing health concerns related to COVID-19, registrants should comply with any health and safety protocols established by local recommendations. Such as social distancing, and other preventive measures.

Liability Waiver: By participating in this event, you will be required to sign a release of waiver.
