Welcome to the November 2024 Tournament of Hudson River Pickleball club, held at our indoor facility with 7 full-sized (30ft x 60ft) courts!

The tournament will include men’s/women’s doubles, mixed doubles, and men’s/women’s singles, levels 3.0 to 4.5+. The format will be round robin in the group stage, with the advancing teams going into a single-elimination bracket. Each team will have a minimum of 4 matches and all matches will be entered into DUPR. Top 3 places of every event will receive medals.

The registration deadline is Thursday, Nov 14, 2024. Please email us at tournaments@hudsonriverpickleball.com if you want to register after the deadline and we can try to accommodate you.

Pricing Information:

• Registration: $50 (early bird), $60 (regular), $70 (late)

• Each event: $20

• PickleballBrackets.com fee per event: $5

In effort to make this tournament as fair as possible, we wanted to remind everyone how the ratings requirement for the events work. Your team's average DUPR rating (only if reliability score is 60 or greater) must be within the event that you would like to play in. For example, if you are signing up for the under 3.5 men's doubles event, then the average rating of you and your partner (both with reliability score 60+) must be at most 3.500 at the time of registration. If it's 3.501, please change your registration to the under 4.0 event. We reserve the right to adjust players to more appropriate events if we find discrepancies. If one person is unrated or has reliability score <60, we will ignore that person's rating and just use the other person's rating as the team's rating. If both people are unrated or have reliability score <60, we don't have enough information to make an informed decision, so we leave it up to you to sign up for the most appropriate level.

It's unfortunate that this pickleball tournament software doesn't automatically enforce the DUPR rating limit for the events (that would make it easier for everyone) and we apologize for any confusion and inconvenience this might cause. But as of now, it is the best way we can manage this. This is to ensure the fairest competition for everyone.

For cancellations, please note that the pickleballbrackets.com fee of $5 per event is non-refundable (they charge this fee to us immediately without any refunds). For registration and event fees, full refunds will be offered before Oct 18, 50% refunds will be offered before Nov 8. Any cancellations after Nov 8 will not be refunded.
