The funds raised from this tournament benefits HopeKids which provides ongoing events, activities and a powerful, unique support community for families who have a child with cancer or some other life-threatening medical condition. This will be a one day tournament of Mixed Doubles, with skill levels ranging from 3.0 to 4.5+, and three age brackets of 16-35, 35+ and 50+.

All registered players will receive a t-shirt and swag bag. T-shirts will be given to players who register prior to September 10, 2025.

A schedule will be delivered via email to registered players when registration closes which will be October 8, 2025. At that time, we will also evaluate the waitlisted players to determine if we can expand certain brackets to allow more teams, or if we will need to merge brackets. Please note that these decisions cannot be made until the registration window has closed.

Each player must register individually for the event and indicate your partner. Your partner must ALSO register. If the partner's registration is not received within 7 days of your registration, your team could be waitlisted. Registration and payment is required to ensure you are not placed on the waitlist.

Should you withdraw from the tournament prior to the registration deadline of October 8, you will receive a refund less an administration fee of $15. There are NO REFUNDS after the registration deadline no exceptions.
