Important Note: For your team to be "officially"entered into the tournament, both players need to be registered and paid. Once one player registers and pays, the partner has 14 days to register and pay. If that does not happen, your team will be automatically dropped to the Wait List.

Format: Round Robin. Brackets may be split into two or more pools (depends on the size of the draw). In this format you will play all other teams in your bracket or pool. We will then take the top finisher(s) in each bracket/pool and play a single elimination medal bracket for gold, silver and bronze.

Please note that the service fee of $5 (if playing one event) or $10 (if playing in 2 events) is non-refundable. That service fee, new in 2023, is applied to ALL players playing an event on PickleballTournaments.com or PickleballBrackets.com.

For withdrawals on or before Wednesday, September 11, 2024, there will be an additional $10 processing charge that will not be refunded. That simply covers the cost/handling of credit card processing.

No refunds or credits for withdrawals after September 11, 2024 for any reason.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY - THIS IS AN OUTDOOR TOURNAMENT. THERE IS NO INDOOR BACK UP. IF WEATHER IS A FACTOR WE WILL DO ALL WE CAN TO PLAY MATCHES. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR MAKE UP DAYS IF THE TOURNAMENT IS IMPACTED BY WEATHER.
