This is a TWO DAY tournament hosted by pro player, KaSandra Gehrke!

Gender doubles, mixed doubles and singles events with skill brackets including: 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 and Moneyball Open event. Brackets will be broken into the following age groups as long as there are at least 4 teams to play the bracket: 14+, 35+, 50+, 60+.

Games will be played on 16 indoor courts with temp nets, playing with the Dura Fast 40 outdoor ball. Both partners must be paid in full with signed waivers for registration to be considered complete and to ensure your spot in the bracket. Schedules will be posted a few days in advance and brackets will be available on the day of play.

KaSandra will also host pre-tournament clinics and a Friday night (5PM until we drop) OPEN PLAY with pizza dinner. Start playing when you arrive, pizza around 6PM. Courts are lit. We have 3 outdoor courts reserved at Derry Township Community Center at 605 Cocoa Avenue Hershey, PA 17033.

Primary format will be double elimination. Games will be played best 2 out of 3, win by 2. Consolation bracket will play one game to 15, win by 2. Brackets of 5 teams or less will play Round Robin format.

Singles brackets will play all games to 15, win by 2.

In the event that a bracket does not have sufficient teams the Tournament Director reserves the right to combine brackets.

Tournament ball will be Dura Fast 40 outdoor ball

Team age brackets are determined by the age of the youngest partner. Age as of December 31, 2023

Note: Older players may play down, but not up in age groups

Team skill level will be determined by the highest skill level

Tournament Director reserves the right to change the format, adjust the age brackets, and cancel the event based on participation

Medals will be awarded for the top three teams in each bracket regardless if combined

Check in starts at 7:30AM for those with 8AM bracket starts. Players scheduled after 8:00AM will need to be checked in at least :30 minutes prior to their bracket start and will be allowed a 5 minute warm up. All players will need to attend a mandatory player meeting.

No refunds for any reason after July 20, 2023. For withdrawals before that, only the registration/event fee will be refunded. The Service Fee charged by Pickleball Brackets ($5 per event, $10 maximum) will be retained by the tournament. Player fees are non transferable.

Prize money for Moneyball Open event: $1,000 total payout (as long as there are at least 5 teams). $500 1st place; $300 2nd place; $200 3rd place.
