We expect a high volume of players and highly recommend registering with your partner when registering and paying. You will only have 5 days to register together, or you will both be moved to the Wait List and the next in line on the Waitlist will be moved to the bracket.

The same holds true if you register without a partner. You will only have 5 days to remain in the bracket without a partner before being moved to the Wait List.

Withdrawals before registration closes on August 28, 2024 will incur $30 processing fee. Pickleballbracket service fees are non-refundable.

Withdrawals after registration closes on August 28, 2024 or if the tournament closes early due to filling to capacity, there will be no refunds.

If you are waitlisted, and do not get into the Tournament, you will be refunded. Pickleballbrackets service fees are non-refundable.

In case of inclement weather, we have a rain date scheduled for September 8, 2024.

We will do our best to get all matches played. If we are needing to cancel matches/brackets, we will be considering all tournament fees to be a charitable donation to our local charities.
