Players Must Pay at Registration – No Exceptions! To officially secure your place in the tournament, all players must complete payment at the time of registration. It is each player’s responsibility to ensure they are fully registered. Here’s what this entails.
-Both partners must register and pay all tournament fees.
Waitlist Notice
If you’re playing doubles and your partner has not registered or paid, your team may be moved to the waitlist until both registrations and payments are complete.
Please take note that the allocated start times are tentative and brackets may be consolidated, divided or cancelled based on registrations.
Round Robin to Playoffs Format
• Bracket Capacity: Up to 18 players, organized into 3 pools of 6 teams each.
• Round Robin: Each team is guaranteed five games within their pool.
• Advancement to Playoffs: The top 2 teams from each pool move on to a single-elimination playoff bracket.
• Bye for Top Seed: The top two seeds with the highest point differential across all pools receives a bye in the opening playoff round.
