UPDATED EVENTS (2025-03-09) Men's Doubles 4.0 Age 60+ and Woment's Doubles 4.0 Age 60+ events have been cancelled due to lack of registrations. Women's Doubles 3.5 Age 60+ has been changed to Women's Doubles 3.5 Age 59+ in order to even out entries with the Age Any event. Mixed Doubles 3.0 Age Any has room for 2 more teams, Mixed Doubles 4.0 Age 60+ has room for 3 more teams (both played Friday evening). Mixed Doubles 4.5 Age Any has room for 1 more team and Mixed Doubles 5.0 Age Any also has room for 2 more teams ( played Sunday). Reminder that players registered in Mixed Doubles can play on both Friday evening and Sunday.
REGISTRATION UPDATE (2025-02-27) -When registration opened last week we had very strong interest in the mixed events and are making some changes to events. Mixed doubles 3.0 60+ is cancelled. Mixed doubles 3.0 age any will now be played on Friday, April 4th at 4:30pm. We are adding Mixed doubles 5.0 age any on Sunday, April 6th. Any players/teams currently registered in Mixed doubles 4.5 & above with a DUPR rating of 5.0 or above will be moved to the new 5.0 age any event before registration re-opens.

Welcome to the Global Indoor Spring Pickleball Tournament.
Online registration opens 7:00 pm on Monday, February 24th. Global Fitness members will have a pre-registration option for advance registration.
Global Pickleball Club is hosting a non-sanctioned round robin tournament, indoors at Global Fitness and Racquet Centre, Kelowna, BC. All games will be to 15, win by 2, with the top 4 teams advancing to playoffs. Events with 2 pools will have pre-medal matches and events with 1 pool, 1st & 2nd will play for gold and silver, 3rd & 4th will play for bronze, all games to 15, win by 2. All games will be played with the Franklin X ball and will be non-officiated.
Events with 3 teams registered will default to a double round robin to ensure that everyone plays as much as possible. The tournament registrar reserves the right to combine events based on registrations.
Friday April 4 will be Mixed Doubles, 3.0 age any, 3.5 60+ and 4.0 60+. Players who register in these three events can also register for the Mixed Doubles Age any events on Sunday April 6, however priority will be given to players/teams who did not play on Friday. Mens and Women's Doubles will be on Saturday April 5. Mixed Doubles, Age any events will be on Sunday April 6 for all skill levels.
The Tournament Director has the right to modify event formats and categories (including skill levels and age groups) as needed depending on registrations.
We encourage all pickleball players, no matter what level you play, to find a pickleball partner and sign up, come out and enjoy a fun, competitive round robin tournament against players of the same skill level. This tournament is open to all players, however Global members will have advanced registration.
All players must have a Pickleball Canada membership and a Pickleball Brackets profile to register. Tournament results will count towards players DUPR rating.
FEB 20, 2025 RATINGS UPDATE: PICKLEBALL TOURNAMENTS HAS REMOVED THE OLD PICKLEBALL BRACKETS RATING AS AN OPTION FOR TOURNAMENT PLAY. ALL EVENTS ARE NOW BASED ON YOUR DUPR RATING. IF YOUR DUPR RATING IS SIGNIFICANTLY DIFFERENT FROM YOUR OLD PICKLEBALL BRACKETS RATING, CHECK TO MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT HAVE MORE THAN ONE DUPR PROFILE.
