- Registration: Each partner must sign up and pay individually via PickleballBrackets.com. Fees are listed per player, not per team.
- Skill Levels: Players must register for their appropriate skill level. Those who have medaled in higher-level events are ineligible to compete at lower levels. The tournament director reserves the right to adjust player placement for fairness.
- Paddle Guidelines: While paddle validation will not be conducted for all players, concerns about delaminated or non-approved paddles should be reported to the tournament desk. Players may switch paddles or forfeit if necessary.
Scoring and Ratings
All match results will be recorded and input into DUPR to reflect updated ratings.

As registration proceeds, tournament management reserves the option to combine brackets as needed if brackets do not fill.
If a teammate does not register within the specified time limit then the first player will be placed on a waiting list automaticaly. Emails will go out to both players when this happens.
Once the second teammate registers they will be moved off the waiting list ONLY if there is still room in the event.
Refund Policy
Cancellation deadline is 12pm on May 14th.
If you withdraw after CANCELLATION DEADLINE ABOVE, you will not be issued a refund. Cancellation prior to that date are subject to a $5 administration fee.
ALL REFUNDS will be sent after the tournament is completed.

In case of inclement weather, we will make every effort to complete matches. If a complete washout occurs, the tournament will be canceled, and no refunds will be issued.
