REGISTRATION:
You may register and identify your partner or request "Need partner". If you register with 'need a partner', then you are responsible for finding your partner.
NOTE: You must register individually, not as a team. Your spot in the tournament is not guaranteed until your partner has registered and all fees have been paid in full.
BRACKET MAX:
If a bracket reaches the initial 7-team limit, please add yourself to the waitlist. Brackets will be expanded/added if there is space or courts available on the event day.
WAITLIST:
If you have not identified your partner or your partner has not registered within five days of your registration, your registration or the team will be automatically moved to the Waitlist. Your spot in the main event will NOT be saved. Once you and your partner have registered and paid, and the event has not reached capacity, you will move from the Waitlist back to the active list. IF THE ACTIVE LIST has reached capacity you will remain on the Waitlist.
Don't be afraid to go on the Waitlist. I will pull from the Waitlist to fill brackets and address the demand.
SCHEDULE:
Friday October 3, 2025 Women's Doubles
Saturday October 4 , 2025 Mixed Doubles
Sunday October 5, 2025 Men's Doubles.
Specific start times for each event will be posted and players notified via text and email 3 days prior to the event. Your team will compete against every other team in your bracket.
When registering, please elect to receive text and emails. Both methods will be used to communicate tournament information. Keep your phone accessible throughout the tournament.
Format is Round Robin. Guaranteed 4 games.
Ratings: DUPR followed by Self-Rating
Skills levels include 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5+
Age groups are 39 and Under, 40+, 50+, 60+, 70+
A team must play at the skill level of the higher rated player (or higher) and the age group of the younger player. Age is calculated as of 12/31/2025.
Matches are self-monitored. A referee will be onsite during play, and if requested, can be available to monitor specific games.
TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR'S DISCRETION -
-As registration proceeds, tournament management reserves the option to combine, split or add
brackets as needed with the intent of keeping brackets at a maximum of 7-8 teams. Brackets will be
created based on skill or age in order to provide the best overall playing experience.
-Tournament Director reserves the right to review and possibly move players or teams between
events if they are self-rated or have entered the wrong event.
-Tournament Director reserves the right to change bracket format as needed.
