Join us for fun and camaraderie at the USTA National Campus in Orlando for our inaugural Pickleball Tournament under the lights. This non-sanctioned tournament is meant to be an evening of competitive, fun doubles for players at the skill levels 3.0, 3.5 and 4.0

All events will begin at 6:00pm on 16 outdoor courts with a combination of permanent and temporary nets. $27 per player; $54 per doubles team. Fee includes one event plus two drink tickets per player. Additional drinks and food for purchase will be available.

~ Round robin format.

~ All games will be first to 11, win by 2.

~ Matches will not have referees.

~ Official Tournament Ball: TBD

~ Register early! There are limited spots available in each bracket. The bracket will automatically close when the limit has been reached. A wait list will begin and teams will move to the main bracket if a spot becomes available.

~ The tournament reserves the right to combine brackets at their sole discretion based on participation numbers.

~ Tournament format is subject to change as necessary by the Tournament Director. Player skill levels are subject to adjustment by the Tournament Director based on past performance.

~ Brackets will be assigned specific courts for the entire bracket. Teams will return to the tournament desk to submit scores after each round has been completed.

~ Skill levels: Men’s and Women’s 3.0, 3.5 and 4.0

~ Players must choose an event to enter based on the higher of their current tournament rating or the club level rating that they are currently playing.

~ At least one player must have a tournament or calculated rating at skill level.

~ Divisions will be limited to 8 teams. As registration proceeds, they may be expanded or reduced to accommodate larger or combined divisions. Divisions may be combined, at the discretion of the Tournament Director, to create playable brackets.

~ Partners will not be sought or assigned by the tournament. You will have to select your own partner.

~ You may register and identify your partner. Your partner must register within two days of your registration or the team will be moved to the waitlist. When the identified partner registers after the two day grace period, the team will automatically be moved from the waitlist back to the active list if there is a slot available.

~ Registration and payment is online through this website only. There are no paper registrations or same day registrations at the tournament.

~ Large, spacious locker rooms.

~ Water fountain and filtered water bottle fill station adjacent to courts. Please bring your own water bottle.

~ Players will be required to sign a USTA National Campus waiver at tournament check-in.

~ Online payment via Stripe is available, which allows all forms of credit cards.

~ USAPA membership is not required.

No refunds will be issued after the registration deadline for any reason. Cancellations prior to that date are subject to a $10 administrative fee.

This is an outdoor event. In the event of a weather-related cancellation, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded to the credit or debit card used to pay for the tournament.

Refunds will be processed after the tournament has been completed.
