Results from this tournament will be submitted to DUPR. Please link your DUPR ID in your profile. Please show up at least 30 minutes early for check-in to allow paddle to be tested. Please read additional information for more details.

The registration base fee will be $70, + $15 Per Amateur Event, and + $50 Per Pro Event. Your spot is not guaranteed in your event until both partners are registered and paid in full. You and your partner both have 5 days to register before being put onto the wait-list. Maximum 8 teams per division! Spots will fill up quickly, so sign up TODAY!

TOURNAMENT FORMAT:

The amateur categories will be pool play round robins, with the top teams in each pool advancing to a playoff round to determine medal winners. Each team will be guaranteed a minimum of 3 games. (Games played to 15, Bronze medal match played to 15, Gold medal round best 2 out of 3 to 11) Games can be up to 11 with a guaranteed minimum of 5 games. All games will be win by 2. PRO Division will be a double elimination format, with a guarantee of 2 games.

Starting time for each day will be 8AM. Your event can start as late as 7PM, depending on how many participants we have registered, the time can change for each day.

IMPORTANT - On your player profile, make sure you have 'receive in game text messages' checked to 'YES' AND Cell Carrier should be selected. This is how you will receive your game notifications and court assignments. Please keep your phone close to you and be aware of getting a TEXT for your next matches and results. Failure to show up to the match will result in a default. Please arrive 30 mins prior to the start of your event.

Divisions will run with a minimum of 4 teams. If less than 4 teams, divisions will be combined by tournament director.

Refunds available up till July 5, 2025 LESS a $15 administration fee. Absolutely no refunds after July 5th for any reason, including injury and unforeseen circumstances. Refunds will be issued after the tournament.

Tournament play can be demanding, so it's important to honestly assess your physical condition before and during competition. Age, experience, fitness level, and any existing health concerns can all affect your performance and recovery. Know your limits. Playing smart helps prevent injury and ensures you can enjoy the tournament experience to its fullest.

Four Fathers Pickleball Society staff members are not healthcare professionals. Emergency numbers are posted in the designated areas. An AED (automatic external defibrillator) is located onsite at the Club next to the accessible washroom. In the event of an emergency, call 911 and immediately report it to a Pickleball staff member.
