**CHARITY TOURNAMENT WITH 12 COURTS. INDOOR TOURNAMENT**

**BY REGISTERING, YOU ARE ACCEPTING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE TOURNAMENT WAIVER**

Membership to any association is NOT required to play.

All proceeds from the tournament will go to our non-profit Fort Worth Cops 4 Kids.

Registration Fee is $60. Tournament will be Men's and Women's Doubles, mixed doubles. Additional Event $15

Game play starts at 8 AM and will end at 3 PM. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to bracket play. You will receive an email with your play time 7 days prior to event.

This is a NON-SANCTIONED event

First, Second and Third in each category from the main tourney will be awarded!

We will be holding multiple raffles for some great donations from our wonderful companies that are supporting us. Swag bags for registered player!!
