Espire Sports is an indoor and outdoor venue offering well lit, full size courts free from wind and rain. Tournament play will be scheduled for both indoor and outdoor play. Please bring clothing and supplies for both environments. Players will be thrilled with the quality of these courts and venue amenities (locker rooms, putting green, back alley bowling, golf simulators, corn hole, pool, shuffle board, fitness center and restaurant).

All start times are subject to change and events might be merged or split based on event registration.

EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION: $50 for 1st event + $15 for 2nd event (Deadline April 15, 2024)

Regular Registration: $65 for 1st event + $15 for 2nd event (April 16 - May 22, 2024)

All Fees are PER PERSON. Both teammates will need to register and pay on their own. PAYMENT DEADLINE IS MAY 22, 2024.

Deadlines may change depending on waitlisted players. THE ONLY WAY TO SECURE YOUR SPOT IS TO MAKE SURE BOTH YOU AND YOUR PARTNER ARE REGISTERED AND PAID IN FULL.

SKILL LEVELS OFFERED:

2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5 & 5.0

COMBINED AGE & SKILL EVENTS:

Tournament Director has the right to combine brackets by age or skill.

Players wishing to see an age bracket and/or skill level not offered may reach out to the tournament director with a request. If enough players desire a special bracket it may be offered.

A players spot is NOT SECURE unless you have a partner listed and BOTH partners are PAID IN FULL!!!!!

*Players have 21 days to find a partner, otherwise they will be placed on the waitlist. If you list a partner during registration , that player has 21 days to get registered or the system will automatically move you to the waitlist. It is the players responsibility to make sure both partners are registered.

All event times will be posted 2 days prior to the event starting. You can find this information on the WELCOME PAGE of the tournament under the "START TIMES" tab.

Many, if not all events will begin at 8AM. Please schedule your whole day to play.

FCA's goal in raising funds is to assist coaches and athletes on the college, high school, junior high and youth levels in using the powerful platform of sports to reach every coach and every athlete with the transforming power of Jesus Christ.

Full Refund minus $15.00 processing fee will be issued before April 15th, 2024.

50% Refund will be issued before May 17th, 2024, after this date no refunds will be issued.

Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process.

All refunds will need to be requested through pickleballbrackets.com. Withdrawing from the tournament does not automatically issue a refund. A refund must be requested.

Processing fees are non-transferable, if you need and find a sub they will need to go in and pay the processing fees that pickleballbrackets.com attaches to every player. After they do that we will be able to transfer the registration fee and event fee to your substitution.
